Jumping on the Pecha Kucha bandwagon!

Here’s a fun activity to get students talking non-stop for three minutes and thirty-three seconds (3.33 – it’s a good number, I like it).

Put students into pairs and explain that they are going to see a series of ten images.  Each image will stay on-screen for 20 seconds and they must take it in turns to talk about the pictures they see.  Remind them that on the one hand, they have to keep talking for twenty seconds; but on the other hand, they must quickly finish their sentence when the image changes.

As an optional extra, when the presentation has finished, ask the students if they can remember the images in order, and work out the link from one image to the next.
