Dice Games

This is a simple idea to get students talking and it doesn’t take much to prepare.  Draw a 7×7 board and along the top row and left hand column put the numbers one to six, leaving the top-left square empty.  In all the other squares write questions relating to a topic : animals, Christmas, health and fitness.
Give each team a board and two dice and explain that they take it in turns to roll the dice and answer the question in the corresponding square.  They should cross out the square when they have answered that question so as not to repeat the same questions.
