Nope, I haven’t been on holiday, or enjoying a well-deserved break at the beach! I started at Summer School on Wednesday and it’s been a busy week in other respects too.

I have to say, I love summer schools. They are so much more fun than the academic slog of a nine-month course and it’s much easier to keep the students motivated too. Last week we were working towards a fashion show which was really good fun. And today the students have been on the computers, writing up their accounts of it on the school’s Google group.

Now, if you’ll excuse me, I must get back to planning the Mini-Olympics…
